ASMACO Zinc Rich Cold Galvanizing Spray (400ml) is a premium, fast-drying aerosol compound manufactured in the UAE. It contains 99% pure zinc dust to provide active cathodic protection, working as a sacrificial coating to shield ferrous metals against rust and corrosion.

- Welding Compatible: Surfaces treated with this spray can be structurally welded (with the exception of argon welding).

Application Instructions
- Spray Distance: Hold the nozzle 25 to 30 cm away from the target object.
- Agitate Can: Shake the container vigorously for at least 1 minute until the internal glass agitator ball rattles freely.
- Coating Technique: Apply multiple thin coats moving side-to-side, allowing a 10-minute flash-off interval between applications.
- Prepare Surface: Remove all existing rust via wire brushing, sanding, or blasting, then degrease using a solvent like Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).
